04.11.2006 The New Release envisions success with DVD promotion
TNR Entertainment Corp., through its The New Release subsidiary, is promoting a "first night free" at 121 DVD rental kiosks in selected H-E-B and Kroger supermarkets for new customers.
In addition to Houston-area, other areas participating in the promotion include Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Galveston and selected suburban areas.
DVD titles are available for $1 a day with no late fees. TNR's kiosks house as many as 1,000 units each.
The New Release, owner and operator of self-service DVD rental kiosks in supermarkets and grocery stores, has more than 1 million customers nationwide. TNR Entertainment is based in Los Angeles.
