store in a busy shopping mall. In reality it turned out to
be a different picture from what the business opportunity
sellers tell you during sale.

opportunity exists, a potential operator must take extra
steps in order to investigate the real potential of the
opportunity, possible expenses and the problems he may
face when implementing his business plan.
